Who we are

Roowy (roowy.fit) is a web app for structured rowing at home, run by Couchlab PSA, ul. Kościuszki 60, 28-100 Busko-Zdrój (KRS 0000925977, NIP 6551982901, REGON 520140135), which is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question write to [email protected].

This website

This website uses cookies only if you allow them. Necessary cookies remember your cookie choice. With your consent we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (analytics), and advertising tags to measure our ads (marketing).

Until you decide, Google tags run in a restricted mode that stores no cookies (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your choice is kept for 6 months.

The Roowy app

To create an account we need your e-mail address; we send you a sign-in code through our e-mail provider. Optional profile data (name, year of birth, height, weight, sex, maximum heart rate) helps set your heart-rate zones.

We store your plans and workouts — including per-second stroke rate, pace, resistance and heart rate — so they sync between your devices. If you turn on reminders we store a push subscription for each device.

The app follows the same cookie rules as this website and remembers the same choice (app.roowy.fit and roowy.fit share it). With analytics consent we send Google Analytics events such as “workout started” or “workout finished” with a few totals (duration, distance, average stroke rate). Per-second workout data and heart rate never go to Google. You can change your choice in your profile under “Cookie settings”.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
